On Monday, January 24th, Reebok will welcome one of the most renowned athletes and thought leaders of CrossFit, Greg Amundson to the Reebok CrossFit One Box! Greg will lead a Goal Setting & Positive Self-Talk interactive exercise from 11:30-2:00 PM in the CrossFit Box.

Who is Greg Amundson?
Greg began his CrossFit training career in December 2001 at the original CrossFit Headquarters gym in Santa Cruz, CA. As an athlete at the first CrossFit gym, Greg was coached and mentored by CrossFit Founders “Coach” Greg and Lauren Glassman for more than 7 years.

Greg has been referred to by his peers as an “Ambassador of CrossFit” and the “Original CrossFit Firebreather.” Greg has traveled around the world teaching the movements, theory and practical application of CrossFit. He has been instrumental in providing the photograph and video content for the CrossFit Journal, which has been viewed by thousands of people worldwide – his video has been credited with inspiring the current generation of CrossFit athletes to begin their CrossFit training.

Greg focuses his inspirational speeches on goal setting and positive self-talk = it’s an educational and inspirational, interactive speech that will unleash the power of your mind.
